Starter-Kits as well as items not be offered or sold from us directly (z.B. new and used Feis costumes, 2nd-Hand-dance-shoes i.e.). That means that you cannot collect or redeem loyalty points when buying these items during the offer period in case of special offers,
• Dance floorings,
• Shipping charges & handling costs, mail-orders and redeems of our gift vouchers.

Your current bonus score will always be listed on your invoice document. No entitlement for loyalty points by remargin a difference later and no cash pay offs. In case of a credit (returns & exchanges) will reduce the corresponding loyalty points to the goods total (e.g. 50 loyalty points when crediting a goods total of € 50).

 

If case of blocking or deletion of your personal or blocking you customer account data all loyalty points will be lost. Loyalty points will be valid until 1 year after your last mail-order. If you order by prepayment and within 1 year period after your last order your loyalty points will be kept. Otherwise your loyalty points are lost.
