How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Delivery times are always displayed in the corresponding item description and will show the regular delivery time for inland deliveries. Please also consider the additional delivery time information right below the delivery timewhich will inform you about immediately available items. Because we cannot have all sizes or tip-/heel combinations of a dance shoe model in stock (that would be thousands of pairs) we will always display a "regular derlivery time" which means the time including the time to produce the required shoe by our manufacturer in Ireland i.e.

If you need a shoe immediately or faster than shown in the delivery time field (e.g. "14 days for inland deliveries" + "some sizes immediately (inquiries welcome)", please ask us for availability in advance. We will check our stock and will inform you about the delivery time for the requested item ASAP.

For deliveries into foreign countries please allow 3 days (France, Netherlands i.e.) to 14 days more for (e.g. Russian Federation).

We always do our best we can to deliver (and order if necessary) the goods as fast as possible! But many Irish dancing products are produced in only a few and small companies in Ireland who have to supply the worldwide need. And we do not have all goods in all different variants and sizes on stock. And if your order will take longer as promised, we will inform you about the new delivery time.

Please note:

When ordering more goods, the total delivery time of an order is the time of the item with the longest delivery time stated in the item description.
Deliveries abroad will take additional days to be delivered depending from country to country (4 to 7 days to Ireland i.e.).
When sending foot traces or strands, the delivery time will count from receiving them. If you've ordered, but we haven't received traces, the delivery time will extend until receipt i.e.
The time between making a transfer and receiving the payment can take up to 3 days inland and 3 to 7 days from abroad. The delivery time starts counting from payment receipt.

What do I have to consider too?

Appointments / Reservations
Please be assured that we are keen to observe delivery times and appointments. But please understand that we cannot depict all possible kinds of short-term events affecting the regular delivery time - for example company holidays of our suppliers, public holidays etc. - for each item in or shop online. We would concentrate on your orders, and not only updating each time data in our shop system. Always give us your appointments while ordering goods. We always recommend to inquire about availability and delivery times of desired items in advance.

Use our delivery time request
Because we always try to give you exactly delivery times for all our items, you will find delivery time notes, for example "14 days, some sizes immediately" especially on our Irish dance shoes. That means that some sizes are available and the other sizes after 14 days. Please understand that it is not possible to display all available or non available sitzes. If you would like to know the exact delivery time for a required size it's always a good idea to use our small delivery time request form that you will always find on the right side of each item. We will reply ASAP.

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes and Post/Freight Stations?
We will deliver to your private address and alternatively to the address where you are working if you prefer. We will also deliver to Hermes Paketshops where you can collect your orders in the leisure-time or if you will be in holiday. Simply click the alternatively derlivery address button while sending your order and fill out the fields with the delivery address. Unfortunately P.O. boxes, post- and freight stations will not be delivered.

Why are the delivery times so long sometimes?
We do everything to despatch your delivery by the fastest way! But please note that many Irish dancing products, especially Irish shoes, are produced in only a few and small companies in Ireland who have to supply the worldwide need. If you consider the transfer ways (banking, shipping, payment receipt before purchasing orders i.e.), it can take a couple of weeks depending on the brand of goods you would like to order.
