Appointments / Reservations
Please be assured that we are keen to observe delivery times and appointments. But please understand that we cannot depict all possible kinds of short-term events affecting the regular delivery time - for example company holidays of our suppliers, public holidays etc. - for each item in or shop online. We would concentrate on your orders, and not only updating each time data in our shop system. Always give us your appointments while ordering goods. We always recommend to inquire about availability and delivery times of desired items in advance.
Use our delivery time request
Because we always try to give you exactly delivery times for all our items, you will find delivery time notes, for example "14 days, some sizes immediately" especially on our Irish dance shoes. That means that some sizes are available and the other sizes after 14 days. Please understand that it is not possible to display all available or non available sitzes. If you would like to know the exact delivery time for a required size it's always a good idea to use our small delivery time request form that you will always find on the right side of each item. We will reply ASAP.
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes and Post/Freight Stations?
We will deliver to your private address and alternatively to the address where you are working if you prefer. We will also deliver to Hermes Paketshops where you can collect your orders in the leisure-time or if you will be in holiday. Simply click the alternatively derlivery address button while sending your order and fill out the fields with the delivery address. Unfortunately P.O. boxes, post- and freight stations will not be delivered.
Why are the delivery times so long sometimes?
We do everything to despatch your delivery by the fastest way! But please note that many Irish dancing products, especially Irish shoes, are produced in only a few and small companies in Ireland who have to supply the worldwide need. If you consider the transfer ways (banking, shipping, payment receipt before purchasing orders i.e.), it can take a couple of weeks depending on the brand of goods you would like to order. |
