Please note: To replace the old tips or heels your shoes must be sent to our manufaturers (the shoes must be sent to us at first, from us to the manufacturer, back to us and back to you than / 4 deliveries at all). This is very expensive and should always be considered. Maybe it can be better to order a new shoe instead. No retail of singe tips or heels and no retail of parts.
 

We have also extended our service to include height and shape adjustments to both the tip and heel or anything you need. Please contact us for further details.
