... The Antonio Pacelli Premium Split-Sole Pump!

This Elite Pump is a major development in pump technology and brings together new processes to deliver a high performance pump for todays dancers who now train like athletes. Professional dancers train several times a week and need footwear which looks after their feet and allows them to develop to their full potential to compete at the highest level. To achieve this Antonio Pacelli has also designed a pump with a dedicated left and right foot which reduces foot fatigue, allowing dancers to train harder and longer. The new features include a seamless toe which reduces friction and irritation around the toe area, a preshaped arch to reduce arch fatigue and a contoured heel which is shaped to support and hug the heel so the pump feel secure during movement. Pacelli has also added a poron padded insole as standard which helps absorb the impact dancers experience on landing after jumps and lifts.

Take your common/street shoe size as starting point for the order size above. If you are between sizes, select the largest size of your shoe sizes as starting point. We have already considered the stretching factor in our size-recommendations. Based on this we would recommend following order sizes for
- Beginners, Amateurs & children with still growing feet with

  - wide feet or hallux problems: (Largest) common shoe size +0.5 sizes, i.e.: Select order size 38.5 (UK 5.5) for comon shoe size 38 (UK 5).
- Advanced & irish dancers who are dancing more often with
  - narrow/normal feet: (Largest) common shoe size -0.5 sizes, i.e.: Select order size 37.5 (UK 4.5) for common shoe size 38 (UK 5).
  - wide feet or hallux problems: (Largest) common shoe size, i.e.: Select order size 38 (UK 5) for common shoe size 38 (UK 5).
- Dance instructors & Feis dancers with

If you are unsure of the shoe size you can send us a foot tracing by letter post. Make sure the dancer is standing on a hard surface, and trace closely to the foot as possible. It's also possible to consult your Dance Teacher for help in picking the correct size too. This Conversion Chart is intended to be used as a guide to help you. Sizes are an estimate on what UK(!)-Size to order. No guarantees can be made. Irish Dance Shoes are made of leather and are likely to stretch.
