The buyer will receive this gift voucher by letter post in advance to hand it over to the person of her/his choice. Otherwise give us a different shipping info when filling out the billing address.
Please note: Our gift cards can be used for mail orders made via our online-shop only. Gift vouchers cannot be paid out and lost gift vouchers cannot be refunded.
How does ist work?!
 You are the buyer of the voucher:
To send the ordered goods after cashing a voucher to the presentee without any further formalities the extra shipping costs (postage for the letter with the voucher and also charges for consignment of goods) will be charged to the buyer, but not charged again to the presentee as a matter of course! Usually the gift voucher value will not exactly comply with the value of ordered goods. The presentee will therefore be able to choose products with a total that can be more or less than the value of our gift voucher and is much more flexible in his choice. In that case we will ask you what to do with the credit or with the debit amount (see selection above).
How to cash the gift voucher / You are the presentee:

Visit our online-store and choose the products you would like to have. -
Add all desired items by clicking the add-to-cart-button.

You will be able to choose products with a total amount that can be more or less than the value of our gift voucher. All formalities for that case have already been clarified with the buyer of the voucher

After choosing the desired goods please click on "To Cart" to release an order process

Just select "Cash gift voucher" as delivery option (step 2) and as payment option (step 3) again and fill out the voucher-no.-field with your personal voucher code - that's it!

Shipping Surcharge?!
Of course we must invoice a shipping surcharge because of two different deliveries. You will receive the voucher and the presentee the goods. |
