will always be invoiced without German VAT of course, because citizens of those countries will have to pay local no or their taxes. This clause is not applicable if the delivery(!) address or the location of service provision will be within Germany.

Please note that our online-shop will automatically display the prices including German value taxes (19%) at first. After selecting a country outside the European Union while entering your billing information the prices and amounts will be displayed wihtout VAT. So if you'd prefer to know the prices w/o VAT we recommend to start "simulating" an order by adding all desired items into your cart and start order processing until step 4 (verify and send order-page). There you will get a detailed record of all items, sums, prices and costs. Because you've selected the country in step 1 and 2 you will see the prices and the amount of the order without VAT than.

Please note that the VAT has not to be invoiced if the billing and the delivery address are both outside the European Union!

They must be handled like orders from Germany. That means that we are obligded to invoice German VAT.

There will be no additional costs (taxes, customs and/or fees).
