Prepayment By Bank Transfer

Kindly note that choosing this method will delay the processing of your order by 2 - 14 days (depending on your bank/country), and you may be subject to additional charges levied by your bank. Consider that you have to take over all costs of bank transfer by authorizing your bank while making the payment, thank you. Each costs of your bank to us will be charged back immediately and will delay order processing.

Credit Card Payment

Quick, easy and safe payment via iPayment. VISA and Mastercard are welcome. We will accept your personally credit card or a credit card from a family member only! You can use credit card payment with a subtotal of max. 500 EUR.

Enter all requested credit card details that will always be transmitted SSL encoded! For Visa and Mastercards you'll find the security number at the backside of your credit card (it's always a 3 digit number). Please note that the security number is never a part of the credit card number itself! The Card Security Code is also known as "CVV2" (Card Verification Value), "CVC" (card validation code), "CVV" (card verification value) or "Cardmember ID".

When paying by credit card in case of inland orders your card will debited when the sending the delivery. Paying by credit card of orders abroad the card will debited immediately after receiving your order. Offering credit card payment is very expensive for us. Unfortunately we have to pass a part(!) of the costs to you with +3% of the order value (value of goods incl. shipping) as an additional credit card fee.

Prepayment By Direct Debit

• For deliveries within Germany
• from your second personell order only and
• max. 500 EUR total.

Enter your account details which will always be transmitted SSL encoded! Your goods will be (ordered from our suppliers if necessary and ASAP we have received foot tracings in case of shoe orders or hair strands for wig orders if required or if you have announced to send these information) delivered after we have received the order amount in full.

Cash On Delivery

• For deliveries within Germany only and
• a max. total of 500 EUR.

Cash Payment

• When collecting goods from our stock directly.

Pay the goods when picking-up goods from our stock directly. Please always arrange a date in advance.

Payment On Invoice (not available at the moment)

• For regular German customers of ours,
• earliest on 3rd personell order,
• 300 EUR max.

This payment mode is reservied to our German regular customers of ours and beginning from your 3rd personell order only and if orders went smoothly so far. You will pay immediately after receiving our invoice document and goods. If there are open payments left or if you have been reminded this payment option will not be possible.

Use this option only if you have received a gift certificate from one of our customers.
