But if using, please inform us about your return to be collected (until the deadline for returning goods at the latest) by phone*, by Email or by using our return- and exchange form at the backside of your invoice. The goods to be returned would be collected and you will be informed about the day of collection in time.

Please note: When chaning dance shoes from one to another size that there can be a price difference when the size of the replaced pair would go beyond or below a model size listed in the corresponding item description. This will usually happen when changing the size from model size 38.5 / UK 5.5 into 39 / UK 6 or in case of Fays hard shoes from model size 42 / UK 8 into 42.5 / UK 8.5. Size-price-thresholds are always listed in the corresponding item description. If the new pair will go below the listed size-price-threshold we have to invoice the difference. When going beyond the size-price-threshold there would be a credit that we will credit to your banking account or credit to your customers account for further orders.
