What Does The Delivery Cost?Our delivery costs are based upon the total weight of an order and the country. The total weight is the sum of all items with their self-weight which will be displayed in the item descriptions. Total weight and shipping charges will always be displayed at the order summary page directly before sending the order to us. For deliveries into your country you will maybe additionally charged with local taxes, toll and fees. Please ask your local customs authority for detailed information because they can vary from yountry to country. Please get in touch for deliveries which are stated with "on demand", thank you. Reference value examples: "Until 1 kg" will usually contain 5 pairs of soft shoes. "Until 5 kg" will contain 4 to 5 pairs of hard shoes (depends from model and size, cp item description). Saving hint: Shipping charges will decrease per person on collection orders or school orders.

Choose your favourite delivery option We usually deliver goods by local parcel services and DHL International. In case of need consignments will maybe deposited at your local post office for a few days or will be repeated till 3 times (what depends from local parcel service and country). The delivery of dance floors will always be made by a special forwarding agency because of heavy weights and bigger measures.
In one delivery (default)
We willl usually despatch your order in one delivery. This will comply with the most deliveries because items often have to be re-ordered or manufactured before when ordering items of different brands. The shipping charges will be displayed while selecting this delivery method. Otherwise you can use our special options if required.
Order amendment
if you would like to amend an existing and not despatched order with additional items. We'll inform you about possibly new shipping charges in advance they could change because of a higher total order weight. And we'll charge the difference only. If the limit of a tariff of the total order weight won't exceeded you won't be charged with additional shipping charges. But please note that the delivery time of the order will normally increase because we maybe have to re-order the added items.
If you would like to be delivered in a part order, please regard the details above. Example: At May you will order 3 pairs of hard shoes with an approximately delivery date of July. In June you would like to amend your order with 2 more pairs of the same model. The shipping charges were 3.90 EUR before. Because of your amendment the new shipping charges will now be 6.90 EUR. So you would be charged with additionally 3.00 EUR in case of one whole delivery.
Pick up by customer
Select this option if you would like pick up ordered goods from our company by yourself or a commissioned carrier. You won't be charged with shipping charges. As soon as your order is complete we will inform you immediately to agree a collection date.
Deliveries to P.O.Boxes?
You can choose your home address or the address of your work. We also deliver to "Hermes packet shops" where you can obtain your order after leaving off work i.e. Simply advise a full delivery address that must be postal address at the address page when ordering goods. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Post Stations and Freight Stations!
